This is a time when the parrots are quiet and in contemplative mood. This is the time you can lure them to your hands for easy training. It is not advisable to train them in the morning because they are noisy and very active. Their chances of concentrating in the morning are low. When you have a specific time of training parrots, they will also get used to it. This means that when evening comes they will have set their mind for training. This is a good way of having them learn.

It is also good to select a good location to train your parrot at. This is the same venue you should always make use of all the time you train this parrot. There should be no any other person except you and the parrot. Take time to get a quiet place that is free of distractions.

This is a good way of making the parrot listen to what you are saying and then imitate. When you are settled for the training, say something and have the parrot repeat it. It is not good to force it to talk. Do it in a friendly way so that the aim of the training is achieved. It is good for you two to concentrate.

To effectively make your parrot a good speaker will need you to speak with calm. Ensure that your voice is relaxed, soft and friendly. It is also good to ensure that you are audible enough.

The words can be uttered more than once so that it sticks. You are also advised to leave the parrot alone so that it thinks about what it being taught.

Most parrots are known to pick up anything they hear. This is why you are not advised to talk anything outside what you want to teach it. They are known to imitate even the passing train hence need to have a quiet place. If parrots are patiently trained then they are likely to be good talkers.
